Self-Collection Time Slots:

  • 10th-13th Feb 10am-1pm, 1-6pm.
  • 14th Feb Valentine’s Day: 8.30am-12pm, 12-4pm and 4-8.30pm
  • 15th Feb: 1-6pm
  • 16th Feb: 10am-1pm, 1-6pm.

 

Delivery Time Slots:

S$12 per trip for deliveries on 10th-13th and 15th-16th Feb
S$15 per trip on Valentine’s Day (14th Feb)

  • 10th – 13th Feb: 10am to 2pm, 1:30pm to 5pm, 5pm to 10pm
  • 14th Feb Valentine’s Day: 9am to 5pm and 5pm to 10pm
  • 15th Feb: 1:00pm to 5pm and 5pm to 10pm
  • 16th Feb: 10am to 2pm, 1:00pm to 5pm and 5pm to 10pm

 

Specific Time Delivery:

  • S$25 per trip for deliveries on 10th-12th Feb
  • S$40 per trip for deliveries on 13th Feb
  • S$30 per trip for deliveries on 15th-16th Feb
  • There will not be specific time deliveries 14th Feb.

Please allow a 30 minute buffer period in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Extended Zone Delivery:

  • Deliveries to Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa and Tuas, Army camps, Changi Airport and Jurong Island before and after Valentine’s Day are chargeable at S$30 (10,11,12,13,15,16 Feb)
  • No deliveries will be made on Valentine’s Day to Army Camps or Changi Airport, Tuas, Jurong Island and Sentosa

 

Delivery Restrictions and Notes

Accurate Information

Customers are required to provide accurate details such as the delivery address and contact number of recipient to ensure that there will be no barrier to fulfilment.

 

Specify a Safe Place

Specify a safe place to place the flowers in the event that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery.

 

Delivery Cut Off

We do same day deliveries, except on Valentine’s Day. Cut off for same day delivery is 1 minute before the next time slot. E.g., if it is currently 9:59 am, you can still order for your item to be delivered later from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, or 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm time slot.

 

Location Restrictions

For special deliveries to Tuas, Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands before and after Valentine’s Day, delivery is S$25.

For special deliveries to Army Camps and Changi Airport before and after Valentine’s Day, delivery is S$35.

On Valentine’s Day, we do not do deliveries Army Camps, Tuas, Jurong island, Sentosa or Changi Airport. 

 

Redeliveries

  • There would be no redeliveries made on Valentine’s Day. Failed deliveries on Valentine’s Day can only be redelivered on the next day.
  • Redelivery of Valentine’s Day’s orders is chargeable at S$25.
